Stock-line MOQs are 20–100 pcs depending on the SKU; private label starts at 500 pcs. Mixed pallets across lines are possible from 500 pcs in total, and sample orders are accepted at a sample price.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples dispatch within 48 hours, normally by DHL on your account. The sample cost is credited against your first production order above the MOQ.
Which certificates come with the goods?
Every SKU ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, applicable LVD/EMC/RED reports and RoHS/REACH declarations. Batteries add UN38.3, MSDS and Class 9 packing; inverters add IEC 62109 and grid-code files. See the compliance matrix.
Do you ship DDP?
Yes, to Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Italy and Sweden, with duty and VAT handled by our forwarder. Other markets are quoted CIF or FOB.
What are the payment terms?
30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment for new buyers; L/C at sight from USD 20,000. Repeat buyers can move to 30/70 against a bill of lading copy.
Who owns the CE mark and importer obligations?
The brand owner or importer of record. We supply the manufacturer’s DoC and reports, and coordinate testing for private-label changes; we do not act as a notified body or authorised representative unless separately appointed.
Can you handle WEEE and packaging registration?
We provide the product data, labels and factory declarations your compliance service needs, and can introduce partners in DE, FR, ES, IT and PL. Registration fees remain with the importer.
