Your brand on the box. Our document pack inside it.
Private label from 500 units, with firmware, packaging and manuals localised for your market. We keep the compliance file in step with every change.
Six layers of customisation, one approval loop.
Most private-label projects touch the housing, the retail box and the manual. Firmware and tooling changes are quoted separately with their own compliance impact.

MOQ covers the factory’s changeover cost. Mixed pallets across lines are possible from 500 units in total.
| Line | Private label MOQ | Custom housing | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Portable power | 100 pcs | 500 pcs | Battery pack certification stays with the cell configuration |
| 3D printing | 50 pcs | 200 pcs | Firmware splash screen from 100 pcs |
| Pro audio & video | 200 pcs | 1,000 pcs | RF module and antenna must stay unchanged |
| Projection | 100 pcs | 500 pcs | Laser variants need a new EN 60825-1 file |
| Solar micro-systems | 100 pcs | 500 pcs | Grid-code profile changes may require re-testing |
Any change to a certified electrical, RF or battery design triggers a re-assessment. We quote that test cost up front rather than discovering it at the port.
From brief to first container.
A private-label project typically takes 8–12 weeks including sample approval and production.
NDA first, tooling ownership in writing.
Moulds and packaging plates paid for by you are yours; we hold them at the factory under a written tooling agreement. Designs are checked against EU design and trademark registers before sampling.
Send your logo and target retail price.
We will come back with a costed private-label proposal: packaging, manuals, compliance delta and a realistic first-container date.
