Compliance is not paperwork. It is why your container clears.
We quote the document set with the product, not after the PO. Below is what we hold per category, what the importer still owns, and where we can and cannot help.
What we hold, by line.
“Held” means a current report or declaration exists in the factory’s name and can be shared under NDA before deposit. Optional items are quoted per order.

Battery-dependent accessories (wireless mics, action cams, gimbals) follow the battery column. Where a standard changed in 2025— 026, we work to the latest harmonised version available at the time of production.
Six things in the folder before you pay a deposit.
Each SKU ships with a digital pack, and the shipment carries the originals required by the carrier and customs.
- EU Declaration of Conformity — LVD, EMC, RED and RoHS cited, signed by the manufacturer
- Test reports — LVD/EMC/RED from accredited labs; EN 60825-1 for laser projectors
- RoHS and REACH declarations — material declarations and SVHC statements
- Battery transport set — UN38.3 summary, MSDS, 1.2 m drop test, Class 9 packing instruction
- Registration support — WEEE and Battery Regulation producer registration in your name
- Labels and artwork — CE mark placement, energy label where required, retail barcode
What each file is for.
If your compliance manager works to a specific standard version, send it over and we will confirm the factory report against it.
Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
Mains-powered products: power stations, printers, projectors, LED panels. EN 62368-1 or EN 60335-1 test reports.
EMC Directive 2014/30/EU
All electronics; reports cover emissions and immunity, including conducted disturbance on DC inputs.
Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU
Wireless mics, gimbals, app-controlled stations and inverters. RF exposure and band-use limits included.
Battery Regulation EU 2023/1542
LFP packs: labelling, carbon-footprint and due-diligence data staged by the factory; producer registration support.
WEEE 2012/19/EU
Producer registration and take-back obligations sit with the importer; we supply category data and labels.
Ecodesign EU 2023/826
Standby and networked standby limits for projectors, printers and AV gear — measured in the test report.
Laser safety EN 60825-1
Laser projectors and resin printers with laser modules: Class 1 classification, labels and warning text.
Grid connection IEC 62109 · EN 50549
Micro inverters: safety, anti-islanding and country grid-code profiles for DE, NL, FR, AT, PL and IT.
Local rules that trip up first shipments.
The EU file is only half the job. Germany, France and Spain add packaging and producer registers that your finance team will ask about.
- Germany — LUCID / VerpackG packaging registration, WEEE Reg.-Nr. and battery take-back
- France — Triman marking, EPR packaging and electrical-producer registration (ADEME)
- Spain & Italy — packaging EPR and WEEE registration before retail listing
- Poland — BDO register entry for importers of electrical equipment and batteries
We coordinate with your compliance service or introduce a local partner; registration fees are paid by the importer of record.
We are a trading partner, not a notified body.
Reports come from accredited labs in the manufacturer’s name; the CE mark and the importer obligations remain with the brand owner. We will tell you which files exist, which are expired, and what testing a new variant needs — before you commit.
